Application Process:

Print out application and bring it to the PMI office with the deposit and application fee. 

Provide two checks or money orders please. 

Processing usually takes about 24 hours.

Deposit = 

   $200 for 1 Bedroom

   $250 for 2 Bedroom

   $300 for 3 Bedroom

   $300 at Tower View Apartments

   Deposits for houses vary.
